    FEATURED TOWN

    SMALL TOWN, HOME TOWN
    Kenora, Ontario

The town of Kenora sits peacefully on the Lake of the Woods, just two hours east of exciting Winnipeg. Kenora’s rich history dates back to the formation of its name. The former town, Rat Portage, merged with the neighbouring towns of Keewatin and Norman in 1905 to create the present day town of Kenora. The town also holds the title for smallest town to have won a major North American sports title for their 1907 Stanley Cup win.
